Arlington Addition + Renovation

After raising their three sons here, the owners of this 1970s Sears Home were ready for an update to reflect the next phase of their lives. The main goals of the project were to take advantage of the beautiful, wooded site by creating more window openings, to create a 1st floor master suite and an open plan living space. The result was a total gut renovation, addition, and complete home transformation.
